Like the right-angles at the top of your boxed head, the format needs attacking with shears.

So here's a few random thoughts as you lie in your Barbados hammock praying your surgicallyreduced moobs don't sway their way into the papers: Dermot O'Leary needs to be told it does get bi… Continue

Christmas time, yes it's that time again!

Well here it comes again. I am beginning to like Christmas, Goodness knows it's taken long enough! Anyway I guess I can confess to liking a few Christmas tunes, so here is my top 5, in no particular order:

I wish it could be christmas everyday - Roy Wood & Wizzard
carol of the bells - Moya Brennan
snow - Lorena McKennitt
christmas at home - Rita MacNeil
Driving home for Christmas - Chris Rea

Hi Alan, it's been a while since we caught up. Glad you liked the blog. I truly enjoyed writing it.

I'm full of ideas at the moment, I only have to sit down for a second and another idea appears in my mind. So there will be plenty more blogs, articles, and even more in future.

I'm working on freeing up more time in order to channel this creativity into tangible form because I wish to move my focus more in the direction of guiding people onto the path of natural healthy living, by helping as many people as possible and waking the world up.

Lots more to say, literally tons of ideas and suggestions, but I think I'll send you a message about that later as I'm supposed to be doing a workout right now.

See you soon,

Have an awesome day,

Richard

Hi Alan,
Thanks for the comment. It was good chatting to you in the shop on Saturday, because I have wanted to get more involved with the natural health movement as I have been researching and applying its principles for the last couple of years.

I was in a hurry on Saturday, otherwise I would have chatted for a long time, because I am passionate about natural healthy food and healthy living and the opportunity to enjoy a good discussion with like minded people is not yet as common as it will be.

I look forward to productive discussions and chats with you, the rest of the Food For Thought gang and anyone else on here.

Have an awesome day
